Discounts 

•  5% discount - minimum 3 night stay 
• 10% discount - minimum 5 night stay
• 15% discount - 7 night stay
• 20% discount - 8+ night stay
• 5% discount - return guests within the current year
• 5% discount - reserving two or more rooms

Please ask for discounts when making your reservations.  Maximum of two discounts per reservation.  Cannot be combined with specials.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Two-night minimum required on major holidays.

Reservations require a 50% deposit.  Deposit will be refunded (minus a $25 cancellation fee) for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in between 3:00pm - 10:00pm
• Check-out by 11:00am

Special arrangements can be made for early check-in or late check-out.  Please ask when making your reservation.

For the comfort and well-being of all of our guests our accommodations are pet and smoke free.  Those not complying with our policy will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

We accept money order, personal check, and cash.
